Gilbert Counselors is a collaborative group of  providers dedicated to offering Professional Counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. We offer individual, couples and family, and group sessions. 

We provide comprehensive treatment that effectively treats various mental health issues.  We take pride in offering quality care at affordable rates.

Verbalizing and processing feelings and thoughts in a safe environment can have a profound therapeutic impact on the mind. We strive to provide the space to understand your moods, thoughts, and behaviors. This insight allows for new perspectives to facilitate meaningful change.

We are trained in the comprehensive treatment of mental illness. We also believe in focusing on promoting mental health and teach our clients what it means to be emotionally and mentally healthy.  We all experience challenges in coping with life. We provide the education and support to learn the skills and tools to improve mental health and increase overall functioning and life satisfaction.


We believe that our clients can learn:

  • What it means to be mindful and how to live in the moment
  • How to control your emotions so that they are not in control of you
  • How to let go of what you cannot control and take action with what you can
  • How to tolerate stressful situations 
  • That if we have a clear vision of who we want to be (our ideal self) that we can make decisions in the moment that are in line with that vision
  • That challenges can be viewed as opportunities to handle things well and that this adds to our confidence


Mindfulness and Meditation Practice

We are proud to offer the foundation of teaching the principles and skills of Mindfulness and Meditation to all of our clients. We incorporate this into individualized treatment plans and highly recommend the opportunity to take part of one of our hour long guided meditation practices facilitated by our trained therapists.
