Counseling for adults

By meeting weekly with our therapists, you'll build a validating relationship aimed at breaking free from entrenched habits. They'll attentively listen, understand your history, and assist you in examining childhood experiences and current thought patterns. They'll identify obstacles hindering your desired life and encourage transformative growth.

We aim to provide a respectful and inclusive environment that acknowledges and addresses the unique challenges and needs of each individual. Our counselors actively engage in self-reflection to understand their own social and personal categories, which in turn enhances their ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds 

Our goal is to provide a safe, caring, and confidential environment for individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, and to work through challenging memories. We offer in-person and virtual appointments to ensure accessibility and flexibility for our clients. Weekly or bi-weekly commitment is required for new clients.

Counseling for children, adolescents, and teens

Our practice provides therapy services that support the mental and emotional well-being of young individuals. Our licensed therapists are experienced in working with children, adolescents, and teens, offering a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Our services may include:

• Individual therapy to address a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and more.
• Play therapy, a specialized approach that uses play to help children express their thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
• Expressive art therapy, another specialized approach that helps clients express their emotions.
• Family therapy to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen family relationships.
• Parent training to provide support and guidance to parents in managing their child's behavior and emotional well-being.
