On the personal side, I have two adult daughters who help me maintain my balance in life. We have been fortunate to travels to many different parts of the world and discovered how beautiful life is. In my personal and professional life, I practice mindfulness daily. I have learned that the practice of mindfulness helps us to live our lives deeply and intentional.
My passion is to help teens, families, and individuals on their journey to identify their strengths and help them to make the changes they desire to improve their lives. Since 2004, I have been a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist (CBT), and I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
My strengths are teaching people to use the tools necessary to be more effective in their relationships, and find balance in their lives. While providing a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, clients will learn effective coping skills: become self-aware, balance their thinking, overcoming fears, manage emotions, and to tolerate distress.
I am not currently accepting new clients.
