Groups Offered

DBT Group-Adults

Each five-week course covers one module of DBT Skills and will include: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation. 


Skills are focused on exploring the connection between emotions, thoughts, physical sensations and the interaction with your surrondings. The objectives of the skills group are to introduce skills that can help decrease or eliminate self-destructive behaviors, achieve emotional balance, enhance relationships, increase awareness and tolerate distress more effectively.


We offer an adult group that meets on Monday and Wednesday's at 5:30-6:20pm.


Additionally we offer a group that meets once a week on Tuesday at 9-9:50am and Thursday's 5-5:50pm. The once a week groups are six weeks long.

DBT Group- Teens

Each six-week course covers one module of DBT Skills and will include: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation.

 The objectives of the skills group are to introduce skills that can help decrease or eliminate self-destructive behaviors, achieve emotional balance, enhance relationships, increase awareness and tolerate distress more effectively.


We offer a teen group on Monday's at 4:30-5:20pm.

Mindfulness & Meditation Groups

A 60-minute guided "modern" mindfulness and meditation practice. The goal for the practice is to teach mindfulness and help you learn to live your life with intention and purpose.


The group format is set with an intention of the day, typically involves anywhere from 1 to 3 guided meditations, a small discussion on the intention, and lots of reflection.


We offer this group two times as week and each day is led by a different instructor and will entail different material. Group is ongoing and does not build upon the other.


The group is offered 2 times a week. Tuesday’s at 10am and Thursday’s at 6pm.
