Groups Offered

DBT Group-Adults

Each five-week course covers one module of DBT Skills and will include: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation. 


Skills are focused on exploring the connection between emotions, thoughts, physical sensations and the interaction with your surrondings. The objectives of the skills group are to introduce skills that can help decrease or eliminate self-destructive behaviors, achieve emotional balance, enhance relationships, increase awareness and tolerate distress more effectively.


Monday and Wednesday at 5:30-6:20pm or Tuesday at 9-9:50am (The Tuesday group is six weeks).

DBT Group- Teens

Each six-week course covers one module of DBT Skills and will include: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation.

Monday at 4:30-5:20pm.

Mindfulness & Meditation Groups

A 60-minute guided mindfulness and meditation practice. The goal for the practice is to teach mindfulness and help you learn to live your life with intention and purpose.


Each group practice is led by a different instructor and will entail different material. Group is ongoing and does not build upon the other.


The group will be offered 2 times a week. Tuesday’s at 10am and Thursday’s at 6pm. (See calendar below for exact dates)
