Welcome to Gilbert Counselors!

I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in California. I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University.
Life can be difficult at times and when distressing situations occur, they can affect the way that we feel, think, and behave. It can be even more difficult when we feel like we have no one to talk to or we feel misunderstood. There are many factors that can contribute to our present mental struggles such as: trauma, family, relationships, work/school, health, and multicultural experiences.
I am committed to always providing a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental space for you to feel comfortable talking about life struggles. I am dedicated to working with my clients to provide helpful skills that can assist in overcoming challenges, facilitate growth, and increase self-compassion. I use an eclectic approach to therapy based on your needs. My central areas of focus are DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, or private pay clients. I am available for in-person sessions or telehealth sessions.
